Building secure and scalable Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions for consumer-facing applications. Leading the migration from App Engine to GitOps deployments using ArgoCD, Kubernetes, Helm, GitHub Actions, and Google Cloud for all IAM applications. Designing full-stack platforms with Django, React, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, Postgres, and Docker. Partnered with infrastructure, security, and SRE teams to release resilient applications, address vulnerabilities, and enhance monitoring across production systems.

Supported the design and operation of IAM services that enabled seamless access for 350k+ users. Managed authentication and authorization workflows in Auth0, integrating platforms such as SendGrid and Twilio. Built dashboards and performed log analysis using Datadog and Sumo Logic to identify and resolve incidents. Developed scripts to streamline user data management, security investigations, and IP tracking. Transitioned into a development-focused role to continue advancing IAM capabilities at scale.

Developed a technology adoption platform to simplify onboarding of emerging tools, leveraging React, FastAPI, Auth0, Firebase, and GCP. Designed new API endpoints, maintained production databases, and implemented CI/CD pipelines to ensure scalable deployments. Collaborated with end users to refine features and integrated Jira’s REST API to streamline reporting and tracking workflows across the organization.

Researched, tested, and deployed predictive models to improve rebate forecasting and customer satisfaction. Experimented with cutting-edge time series forecasting methods and implemented solutions using Python’s data science ecosystem. Delivered an NLP project that utilized K-Means clustering on call center transcripts, identifying common customer issues and generating actionable insights for service improvement.

Before I learned about computer science, my passion for creating things and designing led me to pursue architecture as a student intern at Partisans. Once I discovered my true passion, computer science, I left architecture behind. Still, I took important lessons about design principles that I continue to apply to my work.
